Bri Doty
Director of Faith Formation
Bri Doty graduated from Boston University with a Master of Theological Studies degree and a certificate in Religion and Conflict Transformation. Contextual education and community involvement have brought them into relationship with local interfaith community organizations pursuing social justice amidst global conflicts. They seek to carry the work of peacebuilding into Faith Formation, partnering with people of all ages to live out their faith in practical ways while building life-giving relationships with community and with God.
Bri also holds an Intercultural Studies degree from Eastern Nazarene College. After undergrad, they sought experience in social services as a Youth Support Worker, developing passions for accessibility and inclusion of neurodiverse folks in religious spaces and beyond. Intersections between mental health, interreligious partnerships, and queer liberation theology remain at the heart of her work as she seeks to teach and learn alongside Hingham’s faith community.
Beyond vocational ministry, Bri enjoys spending time camping, playing and coaching soccer, and participating in poetry events with her wife, Kendall.
