Harvesting at the Consignment Center-November 2026

New time, new season, new holidays! Suddenly, we’ve stepped into November and are reaping bountifully.

The Consignment Center is beginning to accept winter clothing, including outerwear and boots. It will soon be time to bundle up for school playgrounds, commuter trains, and brisk hikes. The approaching holidays could require a bit of sparkle for concerts, school events, or family celebrations. Consignors are reminded to bring ten items each week on either Tuesday or Thursday.

This month, we will also begin to accept items for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Visit soon for household supplies that meet your need for hosting, gifting, and decorating.

Wacky Wednesday surfaces again on Wednesday, November 4, when one or more departments will be discounted by 50%. The Center will be open as usual on Veteran’s Day; if the holiday gives you a day off, take advantage of time to pop in and peruse.

We will be closed the week of November 24-26 for Thanksgiving preparation, travel, and family connection, but will open again in time for Small Business Saturday on November 28. Shop local, shop sustainably, shop for charity support.

We are grateful for this abundance that can be shared.
