LONG RANGE PLANNING PROCESS
A few months ago, Executive Council and Rev. Pete began discussing how HCC might engage in a long range planning process. A team was put together to study this and the process was launched.
The team has been reaching out to not only members of our church, but also to members of the community outside our church walls to get input as to what HCC can do to fulfill some of our hopes and dreams for our future. The team was very excited to see what would bubble up. Once the team has engaged the entire congregation in this “What” part of the process, they plan to create a report that will share what they’ve learned the congregation is aspiring toward. After that, they will make some comprehensive recommendations to the congregation for how to go forward.
